Lisa Rodriguez, a Vice President in our Large Surveys Practice, has more than 20 years of experience in overseeing many aspects of large-scale survey research and field data collection processes. Her areas of expertise focus on designing and implementing survey data collection protocols, distance training development, and large-scale digital assessment operations.
Rodriguez is the Project Director of the Sampling and Data Collection contract for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), conducted for the National Center for Education Statistics. NAEP is a congressionally mandated assessment of the knowledge and skills of young Americans in a variety of academic subjects. As director, Rodriguez specializes in operationalizing a large-scale digitally based assessment in schools across the country. This includes directing the operations of the data collection processes and the distance training program for field staff who administer assessments to about 1 million students from 20,000 schools when states and district samples are assessed.
